Great for Imaginative Play
With its nautical blue-and-yellow paint scheme and sturdy construction, the Ocean Boat looks and feels like it was made for high-seas adventure. It comes with three Imaginext-style figures, each with their own outfit and scuba gear. The figures have rotatable arms and legs, and their hands are shaped to grasp numerous objects throughout the ship.
The ship is full of movable parts, giving the boat a realistic touch. Spin a dial on top, for instance, and the ship’s doors will fling open. Rolling the ship along on a hard surface will spin the ship’s propellers and satellite dishes in unison.
There is also an opening cargo hold with translucent doors, a life-saver launcher, a rotating crane for deploying the submarine, and more. The accessory submarine comes with spinning propellers and rotating arms. Unfortunately, the boat wasn’t designed for water play. Although it might be tempting to take it in the pool or bathtub, it will probably capsize the moment you try to float it.
An Enjoyable and Educational Adventure
The boat also comes with four deep-sea animal figures: a king crab, an eel, a cuttlefish, and an anglerfish. Kids will enjoy learning about these fascinating creatures with their parents.
Another great aspect of the Ocean Boat is its broad appeal. Suggested for three- to eight-year-olds, it is sturdy and intuitive enough for younger audiences, but nuanced and complex enough that it will still fascinate older children.

A Medieval Adventure
At approximately two feet in height, Dragon World Fortress is filled with enough interactive features to keep active imaginations occupied. With these figures your child can pivot “activation points” on the play set, which can reveal hidden staircases and open the front gate.
Knights who dare to enter the Dragon World Fortress face many dangers. Pulling a lever on the back of the castle will cause the green guard dragon to lunge forward and attack intruders. The lever also triggers thunder sound effects and causes the entire castle to light up. There is also a cannon that fires plastic projectiles, and a rolling boulder that can be used to defend the staircases.
The fortress is constructed in solid, sturdy plastic. Parents, be aware that it is fairly easy to topple over due to its vertical design. However, this problem is remedied by folding out the hidden set of stairs underneath the castle, giving it the stability needed for rougher play.
Encourages Imagination
Dragon World Fortress channels a spirit of medieval adventure. It is full of movable objects and sounds, but still leaves plenty of room for constructive, imaginative play. The play set provides children with the tools needed for an immersive, imaginative experience.
